The customer is responsible for disconnecting and capping off utilities. We do not want the liability. Before removal, we help ensure all utilities are properly disconnected. For hot tubs, we safely drain water, disconnect electrical components, and cap plumbing lines. For gazebos and other structures, we identify and address any utility connections before dismantling.
